You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for most items. To keep the process smooth, please ensure items are in original condition (unused and complete, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
Return window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If your package arrives late or you experience an issue, contact us and we’ll help.
What qualifies for a return
- Item is unused and in the same condition as received.
- All included parts, accessories, and gifts (if any) are returned.
- Safely packed for transit (original packaging recommended when possible).
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with your order number and clear photos (or a short video). We’ll prioritize a replacement, parts, or a refund depending on the situation.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Return shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return. If the issue is due to a defect or our mistake, we’ll work with you to cover or compensate shipping where applicable.
